Farrier Fitness offers workouts and yoga flows that are specifically designed with farriers in mind. We have workouts that can be done at home with minimal equipment or workouts that can be done using a basic gym setup. Depending on what your goals are, we have workouts designed to make you stronger under the horse, more prepared to be under them if you are heading to farrier school soon, or to offset all those hours spent balled up under horses.
The yoga flows are recorded sessions that can be followed anywhere you have an internet connection. Whether it’s a 15 minute practice to wake your body up in the morning or if you want to spend more time to try to get a little bendier (maybe to get around those old-timer horses that aren’t as bendy), we have whatever you need.
